WEEK SIX THREE ARCHITECTURES IMAGES AND DESIGN IDEA

1. UCX Architects, Cactus House,Rotterdam, Netherlands.


Comments: Cactus House is located in the Netherlands, Rotterdam. The building's stylish, its design idea is to provide the maximum in each house of outdoor space and indoor lighting. It's open platform can grow flowers, irregular shape allows sunlight into the interior from various angles.

3. Synthesis Design Studio, Helical vertical farm, Dubai.






Comments: This building will be located in a central location close to Dubai, can clearly see the Burj Dubai. Building is surrounded by extensive gardens and a lake at the base floor and several ponds. Oasis building itself consists of three towers around a central spiral formation. Its external fluoride by the ETFE plastic cover, this layer will constitute the internal structure of fluorine plastics and as the internal insulation. Solar coatings will be applied to the outside of ETFE film, used to generate electricity. Placed in the floor between the vertical axis wind turbine to provide electricity for buildings. Sewage is treated to be re-used, anaerobic digestion tank to the scene of waste generated, the methane produced in the process to provide more power.
